Ards blasted their way into the last eight of the BetMcLean League Cup with a four-goal defeat of Glenavon at the Bangor Fuels Arena.
Colin Nixon's side moved in front after 26 minutes when Michael Ruddy converted from the spot after Caolan Marron was found to have fouled on the edge of the area.
It was 2-0 five minutes later through Jonny Frazer's low finish past James Taylor following a ball delivered from the right.
Frazer then doubled his tally with just over a quarter-of-an-hour remaining to effectively seal the game for Ards when he beat Taylor to the ball to nod into the unguarded net.
Then, in stoppage time, Guillaume Keke completed the scoring when he bundled the ball over the line from close range.
