Dungannon Swifts blasted four first half goals past Carrick Rangers to move a step closer to securing a spot in the end of season Europa League play-offs.

Leading scorer Andrew Mitchell opened the scoring as early as the fourth minute before Ryan Harpur grabbed a double in the quarter-of-an-hour that followed.

Fra Brennan then found the net eight minutes from the break to complete the scoring.

The visitors were reduced to ten men late in the game following T.J. Murray's dismissal.
