Glentoran kept up their winning start to the campaign with this two-goal defeat of Dungannon Swifts at The Oval.

Scoreless at the break, most of the first half action came early on in proceedings with Ryan Harpur forcing a point blank save from Elliott Morris while, at the other end, John McGuigan glanced a header just wide from Dylan Davidson's cross.

The deadlock was broken seven minutes into the second half when McGuigan slotted the ball past Stuart Addis after Curtis Allen's initial shot had been deflected into his path.

Allen then added a second to effectively secure the points on 72 minutes after doing well to keep his cool when the Glens broke out of defence.
