Joe McCready grabbed a late winner for Institute as they defeated Warrenpoint Town at the Brandywell.
The visitors created the first effort of the game inside the opening couple of minutes but Philip Donnelly's shot was deflected behind for a corner.
Fra McCaffrey then fired over from 30 yards around ten minutes later before, soon after, Eamon Scannell's cross was fumbled by keeper Martin Gallagher at the feet of Anton Reilly but his effort was blocked.
'Stute started to create openings of their own after that. Paul Smith was played through only to fire over before, midway through the first half, he struck the crossbar from an acute angle.
The sides traded chances as the half progressed with Conall McGrandles heading over at one end while McCready headed straight at keeper Mark Byrne at the other.
Ronan Wilson then had a great chance early in the second half but fired just wide on 50 minutes.
But the deadlock was broken just before the hour when Jake Morrow found Smith with a great through ball from which he then calmly rounded the 'Point keeper to deliver into the empty net.
The visitors thought they had secure a point with five minutes remaining when Lee Duffy saw his close range finish take a big deflection off McCready as it went past Gallagher.
However, McCready popped up just three minutes after that when he broke the offside trap to get onto Eamon McLaughlin's pass to side foot the winner beyond Byrne.
