Paul Heatley grabbed both goals as Crusaders restored their five point lead at the top of the table with victory over Dungannon Swifts at Seaview.
Michael Carvill created the first effort of note after eight minutes after he turned inside the area only to fire over.
A short time later Andrew Mitchell tested Andy Coleman before the ball fell to safety while, perhaps the best chance of the scoreless first half, came ten minutes from the break when Jordan Owens crashed the ball against an upright.
Forsythe came closest to finding a way through within a minute of the restart when he headed off the post before the ball bounced across the line into Coleman's arms.
With just over an hour gone the Swifts created their best chance of the game when, following a good passing move, Alan Teggart found himself through on goal only to send the ball over under pressure from O'Neill.
But the deadlock was broken on 68 minutes when Paul Heatley fired a first time effort into the bottom corner after a botched clearance came back off Carvill.
Then, five minutes later, it was 2-0 when Heatley unleashed a superb curling right-foot drive which in off the left post to effectively seal the game for the Crues.
