CRUES HIT FOR SIX IN COPENHAGEN

Crusaders exited the UEFA Champions League following a six-goal defeat to FC København in the Parken Stadium, losing 9-0 on aggregate.

Serbian international Andrija Pavlović opened the scoring on the night after a quarter-of-an-hour when he connected with a Rasmus Falk ball to calmly beat Sean O'Neill.

That was how it stayed until first half stoppage time when Andrew Mitchell unfortunately headed the ball into his own net whilst attempting to clear a Christoffer Remmer cross.

Andreas Cornelius made it 3-0 on 48 minutes with a back post header before Falk added number four just before the hour.

Then, on 68 minutes, Ján Greguš - a member of Slovakia's Euro 2016 squad - grabbed a fifth on 68 minute with a superbly executed free-kick.

Cornelius completed the scoring eight minutes later, his second of the evening.
