Ballymena United host Linfield on BBC Two NI (c) Presseye

The biggest Danske Bank Premiership game of the season will be broadcast live on BBC Two NI as Ballymena United take on Linfield on Friday 5 April.

In the first game of the Premiership’s ‘post-split’ schedule, the top two clubs in the league meet at the Ballymena Showgrounds.

David Jeffrey welcomes his former club to the Showgrounds as he still holds out hope of a first ever Irish League title at the Braid but his counterpart David Healy will look to take advantage of their current lead at the top of the table to secure a 53rd league title for the Windsor Park club.

The game marks the final regular season live broadcast of the hugely successful first season of Friday Night Football from BBC Sport NI. The game will be broadcast live on BBC Two NI, the BBC Sport website, the BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport App.
