DOMINANT ROESIDERS CLOSE GAP
Second placed Limavady United closed the gap at the top to seven points with a dominant four-goal thumping of Ballyclare Comrades at Dixon Park.
Jake Martin curled home the opener on 31 minutes with Stephen Lowry adding number two on the turn a few minutes from the break.
The Roesiders extended their advantage early in the second half when Ruairi Boorman got on the end of a cross before, in stoppage time, Peter Leighton headed home United’s fourth.
