HW Welders produced a convincing display to defeat Ards by four goals without reply in the Playr-Fit Championship.
It took only seven minutes for the home side to open the scoring as Tiarnan O'Connor latched onto a through ball from Josh Kee and beat the offside trap before placing past Alex Moore.
O'Connor doubled his tally and the Welders' score on 64 minutes after his initial effort had been well saved, Ronan Wilson brought the chance back to life and O'Connor finished from close range on the follow-up.
With 15 minutes remaining Josh Kee scored the third, heading home from Oran O'Kane's corner.
Then five minutes later Ewan McCoubrey wrapped up the scoring and a fine Welders performance, tapping home the rebound after Dylan O'Kane's effort had been well saved.
