BANGOR DISH OUT A SUNDAY ROASTING
Bangor's healthy lead at the top of the Championship stretched to nine points with a three-goal Sunday afternoon defeat of Newry City at Clandeboye Park.
The Seasiders moved in front with a quarter-of-an-hour on the clock through Ben Arthurs when he slammed the ball past Conor Mitchell after Martin Bradley played the ball across the six yard box.
Then, just three minutes after that, Stephen McGuinness doubled up with a volley from inside the area.
Lewis Harrison then completed the scoring deep into stoppage time.
