ROESIDERS TROUNCE WELDERS
Limavady United powered to a five-goal thumping of morning leaders HW Welders at the Blanchflower Stadium.
The Roesiders moved in front on 28 minutes when Ian Butcher laid the ball off for Lewis Tosh to turn into an empty net.
And they doubled their advantage in first half stoppage time when Welders keeper Jack Mills could only palm an inswinging corner into his own net.
Tosh doubled his tally midway through the second half when he got past Mills in the box, with Butcher then getting on the scoresheet nine minutes from time with a curling effort.
Graham Crown completed the scoring with a stoppage time header.
