Institute picked up a second win in succession with a four-goal defeat of Newington at the Brandywell.
Padraig Lynch edged 'Stute in front on 23 minutes after lifting the ball over Rian Brown before, five minutes after that, taking it round the Swans keeper and into the net.
Michael Harris added a third midway through the second half before, in stoppage time, Mikhail Kennedy completed the scoring from the spot.
