Newington twice hit back from falling behind to share the spoils with Newry City at Inver Park.
Lorcan Forde registered a first half hat-trick for the visitors, while Darren Murray also found the net for the Swans to keep the game alive at the break.
Aodhfionn Casey pulled another one back for Newington midway through the second half before Murray notched up his second of the game to ensure it finished all square.
