EAGLES POWER PAST ARDS
Armagh City came from behind to power to a 4-1 defeat of Ards at Holm Park.
The visitors might have moved in front just after the half-hour mark but Zach Barr could only hit the post from close range before turning the rebound over the bar.
But Aidan Steele did give Ards the lead on 44 minutes after knocking home an Eamon Scannell cross, but Igor Rutkowski levelled in first half stoppage time to ensure the sides went in at the break on an equal footing.
Dermot McCaffrey edged the Eagles in front early in the second half from a free-kick, and that was how it stayed until the closing moments when Ugo Anny-Nzekwue fired home a third from a narrow angle.
And Anny-Nzekwue turned provider not long after that for Noeem Oladunjoye to make sure Shea Campbellās side claimed the points.
