SIX GOALS SHARED AT HOLM PARK
Armagh City and Newry City shared the spoils at the end of a six-goal thriller at Holm Park.
Steven Ball edged Newry in front midway through the first half after evading two tackles and slotting the ball into the bottom right corner.
Then, just over ten minutes after that, they doubled their advantage when Ryan McNickle's cross was nodded into his own net by defender Scott McCann.
However, Armagh hit back with a three-goal flurry either side of the break.
Odhran Smyth reduced the deficit on 43 minutes before, in first half stoppage time, Igor Rutkowski nodded home the equaliser.
And Rutkowski stuck again a minute into the second half to edge the Eagles in front for the first time.
It was a lead they held until deep into added time at the end of the game when McNickle stepped up to converted from the spot, awarded following a foul on Lorcan Forde.
