SIX GOALS SHARED AT THE SHOWGROUNDS
Newry City came from two goals down to ultimately share the points from Limavady United’s visit to the Showgrounds.
Rodney Brown, with a header, and a stunning 25-yard finish from Ian Parkhill had handed the Roesiders a comfortable lead midway through the first half, but City were thrown a lifeline through an Adam Salley spot-kick on 32 minutes.
Salley struck again in first half stoppage time with a clinical strike from just inside the box before Lewis Tosh restored United’s lead not long after the interval.
But that proved to be short-lived after Ryan McNickle made it 3-3 before the hour with a header from the edge of the box.
