PORTS MAKE IT THREE ON THE BOUNCE
Portadown recorded a third successive Championship victory with a 3-1 defeat of Ards at Clandeboye Park to close in on the leaders at the top of the table.
They had to come from behind to do so, however, after Max Miller got the final touch to edge Ards in front on 17 minutes.
The Ports levelled soon after through Brandon Diau before Eamon Fyfe made it 2-1 to visitors just before the break.
That was how it stayed until Zach Barr made sure a minute from the end of normal time.
