ANNAGH STRETCH RUN TO NINE
Annagh United are now nine games unbeaten in the Playr-Fit Championship following a two-goal defeat of Newington at the BMG Arena.
All the scoring came in the first half, with Niall Henderson breaking the deadlock as early as the third minute on the follow up after Ruairi McDonald's initial effort had been blocked.
Then, four minutes from the break, Nathan Kerr doubled the home advantage from the spot despite Swans keeper Dean Smyth getting a hand to the ball.
