McCURRY DOUBLE TOPPLES MORNING LEADERS
Calvin McCurry twice found the net as Ballyclare Comrades swept to a three-goal defeat of morning leaders Newington at Dixon Park.
The 21-year-old opened the scoring on 11 minutes after Liam Hassin won and played a first time ball into his path which he then buried under keeper Dean Smyth.
Ballyclare doubled their advantage just four minutes after that courtesy of Owen McConville's header from Gary Donnelly's corner.
And that was how it stayed until the closing moments when McCurry popped up deep into stoppage to get past three defenders and bag his second of the afternoon.
