Dergview bounced back from Tommy Canning's departure to knock five goals without reply past Knockbreda at Darragh Park.
Jamie Browne opened the scoring midway through the first half, and doubled up with his second of the afternoon before the break.
Keith Cowan then assumed the mantle after the interval with his first of the game on 47 minutes before hitting Dergview's fourth with ten minutes remaining.
Padraig Lynch then completed the scoring in the closing moments.
