ANNAGH STAY IN POLE POSITION
Annagh United remain top of the table – and the only unbeaten side in the league – after a narrow victory over Dergview at Darragh Park.
Ruairi McDonald grabbed the only goal of the game for Ciaran McGurgan’s side after half-an-hour with a curling effort from the edge of the area that crept past Adam Groogan in off the far post.
After the break the sides traded chances through Shane McMonagle and Lee Upton before McDonald, with around 20 minutes remaining, was only inches away from doubling Annagh's lead.
Jack Parke might have bagged a late equaliser for Dergview but was denied by a fine stop by keeper Jason Craughwell.
