ANNAGH STORM BACK TO HIT FIVE
Annagh United fought back from going behind to an early goal to record a comprehensive victory over Dundela at the BMG Arena.
The Duns needed just six minutes to open the scoring with what proved to be the first goal of the new Playr-Fit Championship campaign when Jaimie McGovern nodded home from a David McMaster corner.
However, Annagh levelled with just over a quarter-of-an-hour on the clock after Ryan Swan got his head to a free-kick from wide on the left before doubling up just three minutes after that following some neat footwork inside the area.
United extended their advantage with two goals just before the hour.
Stephen Murray made it 3-1 with a nice finish from a Swan assist, before Jack Evans beat everyone with a cross/shot.
Lee Upton then put the game beyond doubt with just under 20 minutes remaining with a bullet header at the post. The Duns did grab a stoppage time consolation through William Faulkner though.
