WELDERS FIGHT BACK FROM TWO DOWN
HW Welders fought back from two goals down to defeat Dergview in the big bottom of the table clash at the Blanchflower Stadium.
The visitors moved in front as early as the sixth minute when Mikhail Kennedy converted from the spot, before doubling their advantage towards the end of the first half courtesy of Shea Devlin's finish under keeper Sam Johnston.
Substitute Michael McLellan pulled one back for the Welders just before the hour with a driven effort from inside the six-yard box.
Then, on 72 minutes, Matthew Ferguson levelled with an unstoppable strike from distance into the top corner.
And the home side claimed the points just a couple of minutes after that when McLellan doubled his tally for the evening when he got on the end of a ball over the top to beat advancing Dergview keeper Patrick McGarvey.
