ANNAGH CLOSE GAP AT THE TOP
Annagh United moved to within two points of the top of the Championship following this victory over Institute at the BMG Arena.
Adam Glenny opened the scoring as early as the fourth minute direct from a 25-yard free-kick.
Craig Taylor then made it 2-0 on nine minutes after heading home a Conor Mullen cross following a swift counter attack.
'Stute twice struck the woodwork later in the half, first directly from a corner and then via Mark McFadden against an upright.
The visitors did pull one back midway through the second half when Orrin McLaughlin nodded home but they were reduced to ten men with less than a quarter-of-an-hour remaining following Matthew Walker's dismissal for a challenge on Ruairi McDonald.
