ARDS WIN ACTION PACKED MILLTOWN CLASH
Ards defeated Warrenpoint Town 4-1 in what turned out to be an eventful clash at Milltown.
'Point moved in front on 19 minutes when Ryan Swan coolly slotted past keeper Alex Moore.
Ards might have levelled soon after but Adam Salley saw a spot-kick saved before, on 27 minutes, Daniel Reynolds did equalise after connecting with a corner.
The home side were reduced to nine men late in the first half when first Fra McCaffrey and then Swan were dismissed in separate incidents.
It took Ards until there was around a quarter-of-an-hour left to make the most of their numerical advantage.
Salou Jallow edged them in front, Adam Salley then extended their lead and then doubled his own tally for the afternoon - all in a seven minute spell!
