HUNTER AND SALLEY ON TARGET FOR ARDS
Two first half goals helped Ards defeat Ballinamallard United at Clandeboye Park.
The home side moved in front midway through the first half when Conall Young broke down the left before crossing for Ross Hunter to bundle the ball home at the far post.
They came close again later in the half after Hunter struck the crossbar from Ethan Taggart's cut back but, a couple of minutes from the break, they did make it 2-0 when Adam Salley touched home a corner delivered from the left.
