Benji Magee opened the scoring on 13 minutes after getting on the end of an Alan Teggart through ball to round the keeper and slot home.
Andrew Hoey made it 2-0 seven minutes from the break after keeper Sam Johnston could only parry Magee's initial effort into his path.
Loughgall's third arrived just before the hour after substitute Robbie Norton fired across the face of goal for Nedas Maciulaitis to touch home under pressure from Callum Byers.
Mark Patton completed the scoring in the closing moments after Teggart had picked him out.
