Institute made it five wins on the bounce with victory over Ards at Clandeboye Park.
Jamie Dunne bagged the only goal of the game on 71 minutes with a great finish after Cormac Burke swivelled past an opponent to create the opening.
'Stute might have taken the lead after a quarter-of-an-hour earlier when Ian Parkhill struck the woodwork from distance but, in the end, Dunne's finish was enough to seal the points and, with it, Institute's presence in the Championship next season.
