DERGVIEW COME OUT ON TOP AT CLANDEBOYE
Goals from Patrick Loughery and Niall McGinley helped Dergview defeat Ards at Clandeboye Park.
The visitors moved in front on 14 minutes after Loughery combined with Garth Falconer to send a first time effort over Brian Neeson from inside the area into the net.
Ards levelled just before the half-hour mark through TJ Murray who got on the end of an Eamon Scannell corner to direct the ball past Adam Buchanan.
The second half got off to an explosive start when, on 51 minutes, both sides were reduced to ten men when Loughery and Ruairi O'Hare were dismissed for violent conduct.
Ards might have moved in front just after the hour only for Patrick Cafolla to blast an effort against the crossbar.
But the home side lost another man seven minutes from time when Scannell was booked for a late tackle on Matthew Kirk, his second caution of the game.
And, as if to rub salt in the wounds, Dergview then bagged the winner with just a couple of minutes remaining when McGinley combined with Benny Igiehon to send the ball through Neeson's legs.
