ALL SQUARE AT THE SHOWGROUNDS
Newry City lost their place at the top of the Lough 41 Championship following a draw at home to bottom of the table Dundela.
The Duns went into the game with just one point to their credit but on the back of a Co. Antrim Shield win over Carrick Rangers during the week, whilst Newry were knocked off the summit overnight following Ards' defeat of Ballyclare Comrades on Friday but had hoped to return to the top with victory at the Showgrounds.
In the end the spoils were shared. Eoin Kane opened the scoring for Dundela just after the hour but a Mark Kelly strike three minutes from time ensured it was all even at the end.
