Knockbreda withstood a second half Dergview revival to claim all three points at Breda Park.
'Breda needed just 30 seconds to take the lead through Cillin Gilmour, and they doubled their advantage on 14 minutes when Lee Rea found the net.
And their bright start continued with a third goal just before the half-hour mark from Anthony Burns.
Dergview grabbed a consolation on 54 minutes thanks to Benny Igiehon, with Cathal Farren clawing another one back just after the hour but it wasn't enough to salvage something from the game for Tommy Canning's side.
