ARDS HIT THREE TO CONTINUE PERFECT START
Ards moved to the top of the Lough 41 Championship standings thanks to a 3-0 home win over Queen's University.
It stretches John Bailie's sides winning run to four consecutive games at the start of the new campaign and moves them ahead of the only other side with the perfect start, Newry City, overnight.
Daniel Reynolds opened the scoring for Ards inside the first ten minutes but that proved to be the only goal of the first half.
Indeed, that was how it stayed until two goals in quick succession midway through the second half secured the points for the North Down side.
Salou Jallow made it 2-0 around 20 minutes in before James Ferrin added a third to make sure less than ten minutes after that.
