CAFOLLA BAGS LATE ARDS WINNER
Patrick Cafolla grabbed a late winner for Ards as they twice came from behind to defeat Annagh United on the opening day of the new campaign.
Peter Duffin had opened the scoring for Annagh midway through the first half when he converted a Christian Stewart cross.
It was a lead the home side held until the 67th minute when Cafolla, a half-time substitute, marked his debut for Ards with the equaliser.
However Stewart restored Annagh's advantage a few moments later with a header from Ruairi McDonald's cross.
And that looked like it might be enough to secure the points until the 84th minute when Ross Arthurs equalised.
Then, in the dying moments up popped Cafolla with that dramatic deflected winner.
