DUNS TOO STRONG FOR PSNI AT DIXON PARK
The PSNI hosted Dundela in a rearranged Bluefin Sport Championship clash at Dixon Park but ended up with nothing to show for their efforts despite twice coming from behind to get onto level terms.
Dundela moved in front midway through the first half courtesy of Eoghan McCawl's header after a ball was floated into the box.
Curtis Brown levelled for the PSNI on the stroke of half-time but, eight minutes after the break, Tiarnan McNicholl restored Dundela's lead with a simple tap-in from a David McMaster cross.
Once again the PSNI equalised, this time through a Tony Tumelty spot-kick, but almost instantly Jordan Morrison made it 3-2 to the Duns when he nodded home Ross Holden's corner.
Then, with just under a quarter-of-an-hour remaining, Carl McComb added a fourth for the 'visitors' when he tucked away the rebound after McNicholl's initial effort was saved by Dylan Stewart.
