ARDS PROVE TOO STRONG FOR DERGVIEW
Ards came from behind to defeat Dergview in a re-arranged Bluefin Sport Championship clash at the Bangor Fuels Arena.
The visitors moved in front just after the half-hour mark when Paul Smith dispossessed Kyle Calderwood before laying the ball off for Sean McCarron to beat Brian Neeson.
Dergview might have increased their lead moments later only for Emmet McNabb's volley to be tipped onto the bar by Neeson before, on 34 minutes, Eamon McAllister levelled for Ards on the follow up after his initial effort had been blocked.
That was how it stayed until the 73rd minute when Thomas Murray edged Ards into the lead with a header from Eamon McAllister's corner.
And John Bailie's side made sure of the points in stoppage time through Salou Jallow with a low finish beyond Wells.
