VILLAGERS HIT FIVE TO MOVE INTO SECOND SPOT
Loughgall moved back into second spot in the Bluefin Sport Championship following a huge 5-2 defeat of Queen's University at The Dub.
Philip Traynor opened the scoring for the Students on seven minutes but goals from Nathaniel Ferris (16 minutes) and Peter Campbell (19) put the Villagers in the driving seat.
Queen's levelled after half-an-hour through Jonah Mitchell, although Ferris did restore Loughgall's lead five minutes from the break.
It was an advantage they went on to underline just after the hour with Campbell's second of the game before he grabbed his hat-trick with five minutes remaining.
