ANDERSON HAT-TRICK CLAIMS POINTS FOR PSNI
Mark Anderson bagged a hat-trick as the PSNI twice came from behind to defeat Dergview at Darragh Park.
Emmett McNabb, a transfer window arrival from Tummery Athletic, opened the scoring for Dergview after a quarter-of-an-hour but this was cancelled out almost immediately by Aaron Cochrane at the other end.
McNabb restored Dergview's lead on 29 minutes, an advantage they held until first half stoppage time when Anderson scored his first of the afternoon.
That was how it stayed until midway through the second half when Anderson edged the visitors in front after his first time strike hit one post and then the other but was ruled to have crossed the line in the process.
Then, with seven minutes left, Anderson laid claim to the match ball to secure the points for the PSNI when he knocked home a free-kick.
