ARDS MAKE IT TWO IN A ROW UNDER BAILIE
Ards made it two wins from two for new boss John Bailie with a comprehensive victory over Loughgall at the Bangor Fuels Arena.
It took Ards less than a quarter-of-an-hour to open the scoring when, from David McAllister's corner, Kym Nelson fired home from close range after the ball wasn't cleared.
Then, five minutes from the break, Craig McMillen made it 2-0 with successfully converted spot-kick into the bottom corner after the referee had spotted handball in the area.
The Villagers attempted to get back into the game in the second half but despite efforts from, amongst others, Jordan Gibson and Nathaniel Ferris, they found no way past Brian Neeson.
Ards made sure of the points in stoppage time through substitute Kyle Calderwood with a superb finish from inside the area after a defensive error.
