DEE DOUBLES UP FOR KNOCKBREDA
Knockbreda picked up their second win on the bounce, and only third in the league this season, with victory over Ards at the Bangor Fuels Arena.
With both sides without a permanent manager following the recent departures of Warren Feeney and Lee Forsythe it was Ards, under caretaker boss Craig McClean, who moved in front after just five minutes through Johnny Taylor.
However 'Breda, with Colin McIlwrath in charge, levelled on ten minutes when David Fearon beat Brian Neeson for his sixth goal of the season.
Conall Delaney then fired the visitors in front just after the half-hour mark, a lead they held until six minutes into the second half when Dylan Wilson levelled for Ards.
And that was how it stayed until the 89th minute when Fearon stepped up fire home the winner from the spot to secure a much needed three points and to bring them to within touching distance of those sides immediately above them at the foot of the table.
