Lisburn Distillery stay top of the table after beating Sport and Leisure Swifts in a game that went right to the wire.

Distillery's first chance came in the 16th minute as Stephen Hislop's curling shot from the edge of the box was tipped on to the post by Swifts 'keeper Brian McGurk.

Johnny McCaw came close to breaking the deadlock just before the half came to a close with a volley which was driven along the ground, just whistling past the left post leaving the 'keeper stranded.

However, the Whites did move in front ten minutes after the break when  Liam Carland turned the ball into his own net whilst attempting to reach McGurk with a backpass under pressure from Matthew Ferguson.

And it was 2-0 soon after through Paul Young who spotted the 'keeper off his line before dinking the ball over the top into the bottom corner.

A diving header goal from substitute Daniel Largey brought the Swifts back into the game with five minutes remaining but the Whites held on to claim the points.
