TOBERMORE FIGHT BACK AT BALLYSKEAGH

Tobermore United came from two goals down to beat Lisburn Distillery at Ballyskeagh.

The Whites took the lead early on through Matthew Ferguson's third minute strike.

Indeed, Distillery dominated possession and, on the half hour mark, Ferguson had a shot saved by Lukasz Bednarz while Matthew Swann was denied by the woodwork.

Then, on 36 minutes, Ferguson doubled his tally to put the home side into a commanding position.

Tobermore were a different proposition after the break, pulling a goal back on 56 minutes through Jordan Thompson who dispossessed a defender before beating Jonah Nicholl.

Thompson then levelled with a quarter-of-an-hour to go after connecting with Peter Duffin's cross.

Distillery almost regained the lead on 80 minutes only for Michael O'Hanlon to rattle the crossbar but, with three minutes left, Duffin turned home Tobermore's winner from a Ciaran Curran cross.
