FIVE STAR STUDENTS CRUISE TO VICTORY

Queen's University swept to a five-goal victory over Lisburn Distillery at The Dub.

Philip Traynor opened the scoring after ten minutes when he swept home a low cross from Conor Mulholland.

Mulholland doubled the home advantage seven minutes later when Traynor turned provider to tee him up to slide a shot under Patrick Saunders.

Then, four minutes after that, Traynor added a third after dribbling past Saunders and slotting into the empty net.

The scoring continued early in the second half through Matthew Hughes who made it 4-0 after connecting with Mulholland's delivery from the right, with Hughes rounding things off right at the end with a thumping finish past Saunders.
