Jordan Hughes bagged a hat-trick as Dundela returned to the top of the table with victory over Limavady United at the Showgrounds.

Hughes opened the scoring just after the half-hour mark when he beat the offside after collecting the ball just inside the Limavady half before rounding Paul Wells and stroking home into the unguarded net.

Carl McComb made it 2-0 five minutes later with a lob over Wells following some poor home defending.

Limavady responded early in the second half through Hugh Carlin who didn't break his stride as he burst into the area to connect with a Ryan Doherty ball and fire beyond Ryan McBride.

But Dundela restored their two-goal advantage on 55 minutes with Hughes' second of the game before he claimed the match ball a quarter-of-an-hour later when a quick break took him past Gareth McFadden to coolly steer the ball into the net.
