Institute strengthened their chances of securing a promotion play-off place with this comfortable defeat of Lisburn Distillery.

Gareth Brown opened the scoring on 13 minutes with a low drive from the left side of the box.

It was 2-0 on 25 minutes when the unfortunate Chris Begley turned a Michael McCrudden left wing cross into his own net whilst attempting a clearance.

That was how it stayed until 13 minutes from time when Shane McGinty added a third after Jamie Dunne cut the ball in from the left before, in stoppage time, Mark Scoltock completed the scoring with a back post header from Aaron Harkin's free-kick.
