Leaders Larne hit five without reply past second placed Dundela to stretch their advantage at the top to a massive 17 points.
Jeff Hughes opened the scoring after a quarter-of-an-hour when he touched the ball home following Ben Tilney's run and shot.
Hughes might have added a second on 35 minutes with an effort from the edge of the box after Tilney had laid the ball off but the shot went just over.
Number two did arrive on 53 minutes, however, when Hughes turned provider to tee up David Scullion to finish past Jonathan Sergeant.
David McDaid made it 3-0 just after the hour when he dinked the ball over Sergeant whilst one-on-one with the keeper.
He then grabbed Larne's fourth on 77 minutes with a fantastic turn and finish from inside the box.
And he completed the scoring three minutes after that - and claimed his hat-trick - when he sent Sergeant the wrong way from the spot after Scullion had been bundled over.
