Marty Donnelly bagged a hat-trick as Larne continued their unbeaten run with a four-goal victory over Carrick Rangers at Inver Park.

Donnelly fired the league leaders in front on 19 minutes after receiving the ball on the edge of the box to slide a shot past Liam McAuley.

And he doubled the home advantage just after the half-hour mark when he collected a Fuad Sule pass to beat McAuley for a second time.

That was how it stayed until the 77th minute when, on this occasion, Ben Tilney made it 3-0 after getting on the end of a well delivered Tomas Cosgrove cross.

Then, five minutes from time, Donnelly claimed the match ball with a successfully converted spot-kick awarded after David McDaid had been brought down.
