Andrew Sproule (45 1)
Matthew Callaghan (56)
Garth Falconer (68)

Dergview secured their place in the Bluefin Sport Championship next season with victory over relegation haunted PSNI at Newforge.

Ivan Sproule might have opened the scoring after 18 minutes only for his effort from the edge of the box to skim an upright, while a Gareth Doherty shot a little later met a similar fate.

But the visitors did grab the lead on the stroke of half-time when an Andrew Sproule attempt took a deflection off Philip Simpson and over the head of keeper Ben McCauley.

The visitors doubled their tally against the run of play on 56 minutes through Matthew Callaghan who was first to meet a Doherty lob into the box to direct it home.

The third, and best, goal of the afternoon arrived on 68 minutes when Garth Falconer went on a solo charge down the left wing to cut through the PSNI defence and fire an unstoppable ball into the top corner of the net.
