STEELE HITS WINNER AS ARDS KNOCK-OUT PORTS
Ards struck a late winner to knock last season's losing finalists Portadown out of the BetMcLean Cup at Shamrock Park.
Scoreless at the break, the Ports were forced to play over an hour with ten men when Josh Ukek was shown a straight red card on 38 minutes following a clash with Conor Scannell.
But it took Ards until the closing moments of normal time to make their extra man count when Aidan Steele cut in from the left side of the area to knock the winner past Jamie Ray.
