SEASIDERS SWEEP PAST 'POINT
Bangor cruised into the last 16 of the BetMcLean Cup with a crushing defeat of Warrenpoint Town at Clandeboye Park.
The Seasiders edged into the lead on 36 minutes through skipper Lewis Harrison with a superb bicycle kick past keeper Daniel Devine after a short corner had been worked into the area.
Then, three minutes after that, Sonny Redford doubled the home advantage at the back post after Matthew Ferguson had laid the ball off.
Kielan Reid made it 3-0 around the hour when he met Tiarnan Mulvenna's corner with a back post header.
Michael Halliday then wrapped the scoring up right at the end with a tap in from Lee Rea's cross.
