ANNAGH THROUGH AFTER EXTRA-TIME
Annagh United needed came from a goal down and needed extra-time to overcome the challenge of Portstewart at the BMG Arena.
Indeed, the visitors led at the break when, on 36 minutes, a well worked corner saw the ball turned home from the edge of the box by Pierce Quigley in off an upright.
That was how it stayed until five minures from time when, following good work down the right by Jack Evans and Scott McCullough, Brandon Doyle found the net.
Ciaran McGurgan's side moved in front on 98 minutes courtesy of a Conall Young free-kick, with substitute Darren Doherty adding a third in the 107th minute with a tap in after Seahawks keeper Reece Oliver had initially made a good fingertip save.
Doherty then completed the scoring six minutes after that following a sweeping counter attack.
